Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, on the 3rd floor, were perfectly clean, and the location was excellent. However, they seemed to lack some major maintenance. The service, including the attentive staff like Mr Recul and Ms. Rana Hussain, was truly exceptional, making us feel at home. The location, right on the Bosphorus Strait, offered a beautiful view facing the Marmara Sea, although slightly inconvenient for public transport. The dining experience, while offering a variety of options, was just average. Overall, it was a nice little adventure with some ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and friendly service. The rooms were extremely comfortable with a lovely bathroom, although a bit dark for my taste after the first day. The service was top-notch, with very friendly staff, especially Talha and Sezer, who made my experience perfect. The location, while small, was excellent for a calm vacation yet not far from the center, and Jihan was incredibly helpful with suggestions. The dining experience was a hit and miss, with room for improvement, but the transfer from the airport was smooth and convenient. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor hiccups.
